The company is led by Rob and his stepson Oliver, who oversee all installations and project delivery. Working hands-on in all conditions, they bring extensive practical knowledge, attention to detail, and a genuine pride in workmanship to every project. Their leadership ensures each installation meets the highest standards of safety, reliability, and performance.
Supporting site operations is Katie, who manages the administrative and organisational side of the business. From coordinating projects to maintaining clear communication with clients, she ensures everything runs efficiently behind the scenes. She also oversees our marketing and communications, enabling us to showcase our work and maintain a strong professional presence.
Alanna contributes to the company’s branding and digital engagement, helping us stay current and connected in an ever-evolving industry.
And finally, Reggie, the youngest member of the Owl Access team, represents the next generation. While not yet on the tools full-time, his enthusiasm reflects the long-term future and continuity of the business.
