Commercial Gate Automation with Timed Access and Vehicle Detection
For this project, we installed Nice Hi-Speed automation to a commercial entrance gate, providing controlled and reliable vehicle access for the site.
The system was configured with timed opening schedules, allowing the gate to open automatically during set hours, helping manage access during the working day while maintaining security outside of those times. In addition, the gate can also be operated using fob access, giving authorised users a convenient way to enter the site when required.
To improve safety and system awareness, we installed a ground loop vehicle detection system. This allows the gate automation to detect vehicles within the gate area, helping prevent the gate from opening outward if the entrance space is obstructed.
By integrating automation, timed access control, fob entry, and vehicle detection, the completed installation provides a secure and dependable access solution suited to a commercial environment.
