For this recent residential project, our team traveled to a beautiful property in Warley, Halifax, to deliver a high-end access control system. The client required robust property security that would seamlessly blend with the traditional, heavy stonework features of their estate boundaries.
Our solution combined entirely hidden underground automation with a state-of-the-art access interface, ensuring modern security functionality without compromising the home’s striking kerb appeal.
THE KEY COMPONENT SETUP
Nice Underground Automation: To preserve the clean aesthetic of the entrance, we opted for heavy-duty Nice underground motors. Discreetly housed below ground level in robust foundation boxes, these powerful units handle the structural weight of the gates effortlessly while keeping the mechanical footprint completely out of sight.
AES Global Intercom System: For premium, dependable access control, we surface-mounted a sleek black AES Global keypad intercom unit directly onto the stone pillar. This system offers crisp audio communication for visitors alongside secure PIN code entry for the homeowners.
Weatherproof Access Control: A dedicated, durable Nice control panel box was securely anchored to the rear masonry, keeping the complex wiring and internal electronics fully protected from the elements.
From the precision groundwork and structural drainage required for the underground casings to the final neat concrete finishes and electrical wiring, every phase of this installation was completed to our strict safety compliance standards.
