Wrought Iron Gate Fault Repair and Sensor Replacement

For this project, we attended a service call-out to a set of large automated wrought iron swing gates with drop bolts that had stopped opening due to a fault within the safety system.

After inspecting the installation, the issue was traced to faulty safety sensors, which were preventing the gates from operating and causing the power to trip when the system attempted to run. Safety devices such as photocells are an essential part of automated gate systems, designed to stop movement if an obstruction is detected.

Once the faulty components were identified, the sensor issue was resolved and the system fully tested, allowing the gates to operate normally again without tripping the power supply.

With the repair completed, the large wrought iron swing gates and drop bolt system were returned to safe and reliable operation, restoring secure and convenient access for the property.
